While these guys are not jersey-buying worthy or trading card material, that's not the goal of the league. The league is designed to bring great football with some notable faces to a fan base that yearns for more football. These names include former NFL starters, notable rotational guys, former college greats, and some names that you may not have heard of but will be exemplified through this league.

The first weekend (two games) of the UFL season, I felt, was a success. No league since the USFL has had a product and structure like this league seems to have. While these guys are not jersey-buying worthy or trading card material, that's not the goal of the league. The league is designed to bring great football with some notable faces to a fan base that yearns for more football.
Because here at NFLHouse.com we feel this league has a chance to blossom down the road, we will be your top source for the UFL season. As seen in this article and in future articles, we will go over first a quick recap of the two games per week. Also, we will including a player tracker with some notable names. These names include former NFL starters, notable rotational guys, former college greats, and some names that you may not have heard of but will be exemplified through this league.

After two weeks of the NFL, fans like myself believe we have all the answers. The Jets are Super Bowl contenders, the Patriots are drastically over rated, and Drew Brees will shatter every passing record. Well in reality, the pro and season are still to be determined. In this week 3 of the NFL upsets and surprises should be bountiful, and some fantasy sleepers are there for the taking.

Being one of the biggest Donovan McNabb fans you’ll ever know, I always look for a way to defend one of the best quarterbacks of the past 10 years.
However, with another injury setback in his recently injury-riddled career, and with the under-appreciated performance young backup Kevin Kolb put up in his debut as a starter, McNabb could be more worried then ever.

In the sixth of Eight installments, I'll look into the many position battles that are fought every off-season. Nothing in the NFL is guaranteed, from the contracts to a roster spot, which is why the NFL is so intriguing every year. For every Pierre Thomas and Miles AUstin, long-shots for an NFL roster, there's a Deuce McCallister or Marvin Harrison, former greats, that gets cut. So, on the note, we'll take a look at the NFC West, where the depth at receiver will have to turn into some star power if these teams want to exceed their own playoff aspirations.

Fantasy Football has become not only an entertaining past time while you root for your favorite team in the ultimate team sport. It has entirely changed the fan interaction with the NFL. Leagues, web sites, TV shows and more are dedicated to providing information and resources. Cowboy fans hope they destroy the Eagles, but hope Westbrook gets 150 yards in the process. Packer fans want to pound the Vikings, but not beat up too bad on the Vikings defense. Good or bad for the game, it has morphed the NFL into a baseball-time individual important game. So, with that, we take a look at the top players at each position, based off of projected stats based on past years, team around him, player talent, and schedule.
